With study of linguistics and pedagogy developing,more attention has been paid to learners,and the study of the belief of language learning has become a hot topic.Based on the most advanced theories,this study makes a comparison ofteachers' and students' belief of language learning in Hungary.In terms of quantitative analysis,this paper draws on Horwitz's questionnaire,which includes five dimensions respectively.In qualitative analysis,this paper mainly adopts interview method,which is divided into two parts:learner interview and teacher interview.The full text answers three questions:first,whether there are differences between Chinese teachers and Hungarian learners in learning belief;second,what factors affect the belief of language learning of teachers and learners;third,What should we pay attention to when teaching for Hungarian learners.The main conclusions:Firstly,the similarities between Chinese teachers and Hungarian learners in general are relatively high.Especially in terms of linguistic competence,the essence of language learning,learning and communicative strategies.This shows that there is little difference in language learning concepts between teachers and students.Secondly,teachers and students still have some differences in learning belief,a total of 24 projects have differences.Based on the results,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the Hungarian Chinese Textbook:first,to increase the content of the text exercises;second,to increase supplementary vocabulary and make full use of them:third,to increase the comparative analysis of Chinese and Hungarian;Fourthly,clear grammar explanations should be added to the grammar exercises.To improve Chinese teaching in Hungary,the following suggestions are put forward:firstly,Chinese su bject knowledge,Chinese cultural knowledge and English knowledge are the most needed knowledge for Hungarian Chinese teaching;secondly,teachers should create a relaxed and happy classroom environment;thirdly,More Chinese culture should be added during teaching;Fourthly,the grammar explanation should be more logical.
