China is rising in the international trade, and the business is flourishing with foreigncountries under the background of economic globalization.So the economics become themain driver for the foreigners especially the businessmen and the number of them increasing constantly.All the factors cause a great demand for the Business Chinese.However,there are many difficulties they shall face to,like the busy job,limited learning time etc..Itlacks specific guidance for foreign business person in China on the Chinese teaching.This article has mainly discussed the learning problems about the Business Chineseconversation class for foreign businessmen in China.It is also a bold essay in the field of teachingmethods for Business Chinese,at the same time,make a new teaching mode on Business Chineseconversation.I will take "recruitment of temporary employees"--senior Business Chineseconversation class for example to make a theoretical analysis,model-researching and teachingreflection,aiming to analyze the characteristics of the teaching method of flipped classroom,makea beneficial try for this conversation class,and have an experience and reflection in TCSL.This thesis consists of four parts.Chapter one introduces the preparation including the significance of the topic, achievementreview, research contents and methods, and the literature review on the teaching theory of theBusiness Chinese,flipped classroom,situational teaching approach.Chapter two introduces several representative teaching models and the core characteristicsof the flipped classroom. Besides,designing a suitable teaching flow chart that combine with thefeatures of the senior Business Chinese conversation class.Chapter three is about a simple and clear teaching plan design on Recruitment of TemporaryEmployees,at the same time,to analyze the teaching goals,points,methods,procedures,andstrategies.All of these are according to the features of the senior Business Chinese conversation class,teaching object,and principles of the flipped classroom modelChapter four based on the process of thesis writing and summed up some experience andreflection on the difficulties of the flipped classroom using.
