The I Ching, concentrates the Chinese nation’s unique thinking. She likes a diamond shining in the history museum. The reason of calling so, mainly is the vivid and profound nature of it. This thesis explains three of sixty-four hexagrams, based on the words、phrases and sentences, expands the relationships of lines、hexagrams, distills the principle of lawsuits. The key of Hexagram Xu is needs. For the common people, it represents food and drink; for the ruling class, it explains distribution and mediation of different needs. The key of Hexagram Song is dispute. On a small extent, it represents disputes; on a large extent, it explains conflicts. From the dispute, we can see benefit conflicts of different people. The key of Hexagram Shi is faith. For the ruling class, tactics is considering needs of common people, to consolidating its rules. For the judicial officials, in order to leave less problems, they must observe justice idea, when using different kinds of penalties. Discussing the principle of lawsuits, it needs analyse the combination of three hexagrams. If everyone deals with needs well, they will not dispute. If they have just reason, through the mediation of judicial officials, disputes can be solved. Rulers use law to consolidate its ruling, leaving less problems. The Book of Changes is a kind of philosophy, a kind of thinking. Because principle is changing, reasons of things and laws can facilitate and mix. The thesis needs using one-third content to explain the meaning of lines and hexagrams. In order to show the changing feeling, it needs to depict the meaning not only write. The important points for writing a thesis is digging the meaning and explaining easily. The purpose is that everyone can understand it.
