In November2012at the opening ceremony of the18th annual convention, sign language interpreters at the right bottom of television images make the country’s20million people with hearing loss synchronization "heard" the important speech. Sign language translation is an emerging profession. Sign language interpreters are in the ten emerging career in2007issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, which marks the Chinese professional of sign language interpreters launched. Before sign language interpreters is professional, sign language interpreters are hold at all levels of the association of the deaf, the staff in disability organizations, enterprises or institutions of the deaf as part-time, and also the deaf school teachers. As the professionalization of sign language translation, the research is also further deepened. Through finding the literature, forefathers’research focus mainly on the role of the sign language interpreter, social function, and the future development. Translation of sign language interpreter for the deaf people insures the fully communication It is of great significance As the Chinese government providing more service work for the deaf, sign language interpreter’s working pressure, mental tension and physical fatigue which lead to the the fatigue problem are increasingly serious.This paper analyses fatigue problems from the academic thought of the basic theory of industrial engineering in the fatigue study of sign language interpreters, and analyzes the factors that cause fatigue, and then analyze and design, so as to identify appropriate measures to delay the arrival of fatigue.Due to sign language interpreters’special clientele and operating environment, it is necessary to analyze the professional environment and behavior, so as to find propose ways to relieve their fatigue symptoms. This paper is divided into four parts:introduction, theoretical overview, analysis of sign language interpreters’fatigue factor and suggestions delaying fatigue. The thesis emplys literature study, field observation and logical analysis method opponent language interpreters to conduct a series of operations research, using ergonomics, physiology, anatomy, industrial engineering, and other related theories mining fatigue caused by many factors, and trying to relieve fatigue of sign language interpreters.
