| As a new form of industrial economy in the 21 st Century,the cultural and creative industry has developed greatly in the context of network-based knowledge economy and intelligent consumption upgrade.With high added-value in its economy efficiency,it has gained worldwide attentions.Meanwhile,the strong interrelations with other industries and its leading effects on industrial transformation demonstrated by the cultural and creative industry in regional economic structural reform are also reflected in the revolutionary innovation in traditional industrial development model,the systematic improvements of industrial structure and the formation of integrated municipal competitiveness.In recent years,along with the deeply development of city cultural and creative industry,the regional-based characteristics and advantageous resources and the assistance from government-market binary operation system,the cultural and creative industry appears to have features similar to the ecological nature and evolution of a natural ecosystem;consolidating government,business,colleges and social resources,it forms a cultural and creative industrial ecosystem with a complete industrial chain.Currently,researches on applying the research concepts from ecosystem operation into the cultural and creative industry aren't sufficient;specifically,researches on promoting municipal cultural and creative industrial ecosystem evolution is still at the phase that is changing from fundamental research format into technical analysis with data input.Furthermore,it remains academically questionable on how to conduct cluster analysis on cities' diverse and complex economic indexes,as well as how to apply traditional research perspectives from economics and management into cultural and creative industrial ecosystem evolution.Coupled by the transformation on the regional economic development from the factors of production driven mode into innovation driven mode,this research aims to start from the perspective of regional collaborative innovation,and targets on the evolution effects on the cultural and creative industrial ecosystem by innovation factors in regional collaborative innovation such as knowledge and information with its allocative efficiency and innovative mechanism.Through capacities such as knowledge creation,management,transformation,innovative collaborative allocation,field environment support and positive spillovers from innovation economy demonstrated in regional collaborative innovation,the research will explore and analyze on it influences thedriving efficiency of the evolution of cultural and creative industrial ecosystem.The results are intended to help with scientifically understanding key problems in the evolution of regional cultural and creative industrial ecosystem,and could thereby establish relevant policies,optimize inputs on regional resources allocation and finally realize continuous high-quality and high-efficiency development on regional cultural and creative industrial ecosystems.The primary contents of this research include:1)For the status quo of the research context on the cultural and creative industrial ecology development and the existing worldwide researches,the article organizes and illustrates three relevant theories: researches on regional collaborative innovation,cultural and creative industry and ecosystem evolution.Based on diverse relevant research concepts,ideas,development framework and its analytical model from previous study,this research compares and analyzes the conceptual frameworks among collaborative innovation and regional collaborative innovation,the assessment and evaluation of regional collaborative innovation capacity,influencing factors and the difference and the deviations on evaluating regional collaborative innovation capacity between domestic and international academic field caused by distinct connotations of research.The research will thus apply the principle component analysis(PCA)to conduct cluster analysis.Secondly,by consolidating the current cultural and creative industry,it is discovered that the research trend has been gradually transformed from industrial concepts research to quantitative analysis-based industrial economy,from microcosmic to macroscopic as well as micro-macro associative study and from broad research into regional industrial characteristics,which demonstrate the values and meaning of this research.Meanwhile,based on the ecological characteristics of the cultural and creative industry,this article also organizes the development evolution of researches on industrial ecosystem and its framework,and confirms that its evolution is an open and complex adaptive system.2)Based on literature reviews and principles on general scientificity,systematicnes,representativeness,operability and mutual consistency,the article establishes fiveanalyzing perspectives including knowledge creation and management capacity,knowledge innovation and transformation capacity,innovative collaborative assignment capacity,field environment support capacity and positive spillover capacity from innovation economy.It also hypothesizes a regional collaborative innovation capacity framework through organizing 28 universal basic research factor indexes,collecting public economic development statistic published by Hangzhou from 2011-2015 and applying relevant analysis method and principle component analysis.The analysis shows 15 evaluation indexes developed by correlation coefficient matric,as well as a collaborative innovation capacity evaluation framework by using Hangzhou as an example and the development trend of collaborative innovation capacity in Hangzhou for the recent 5 years through cumulative contribution rate counts and principal component coefficient test.3)By referencing the theoretical logic on cultural and creative industrial ecosystem,the research analyzes and establishes a cultural and creative industrial ecosystem evolution index model.It summarizes 15 assessment indexes from ecological community internal input,organic environmental input and inorganic environmental input and 8 output assessment indexes from economic and social benefits also by utilizing the industrial statistics of Hangzhou in the past 5 years.The results through analysis matrix test by factor analysis propose a performance assessment equation of cultural and creative industrial ecosystem evolution.4)Based on the regional systematic innovation capacity model and the performance assessment researches on cultural and creative ecosystem evolution mentioned above,the research uses R-squared value as the selected standard of optimized model and applies the stepwise regression method to establish the performance equation and logic model on the effects of regional collaborative innovation on cultural and creative ecosystem evolution.By organizing and verifying the statistics in Hangzhou from the recent 5 years,the result shows that the knowledge creation and management capacity,knowledge innovation and transformation capacity and field environment support capacity have significantly promoted theevolution of cultural and creative industry in Hangzhou.Meanwhile,it is helpful to further explore the reason why innovation collaborative assignment capacity and positive innovation spillover capacity lack dominant effects and its countermeasure analysis.5)Through the Hangzhou-based performance assessment model on the influence of regional collaborative innovation capacity on cultural and creative industrial ecosystem evolution,the research also conducts multi-case applicability study in cities with advanced cultural and creative industrial development to further explore the universal validity of model and research theory.6)Finally,through multi-case horizontal analyses,the article explores various effects of regional collaborative innovation capacity on cultural and creative industrial ecosystem evolution and its relevant correspondence development policy making.Under the effects of regional collaborative innovation capacity,it also reflects the development characteristics of cultural and creative industry in different cities and the use as the reference of studying cultural and creative industrial ecosystem evolution and development in other cities. |
