Second, focus onthe elaborate on the ecology of natural environment and science and technologycomprehensively, proposed the the fundamental of natural environment is to solve theharmony and unity between human and nature. Third, focus on the theoreticalconstruction of ecological conception, and presented the viewpoint that the ecology of theeducation environment as the leader of realizing ecology. Fourth, proposed clearly thatthe ecological environment concept should be based on the theory that the ecologicalmedical environment as a protecter, so as to ensure the healthy development of theecological civilization.The concept of ecological environment construction is the premise of the theory ofecological, and it is the core issue that mankind uses the wisdom and labor constantly to use nature and transform nature to create a suitable environment for the survival anddevelopment of human being. It also is the practice of the18th congress proposed thestrategic decision-making to “vigorously promote the construction of ecologicalcivilization”. That is “our country should vigorously promote the construction ofecological civilization is a long-term plan about the well-being of the people and theChinese nation’s future. China faced with a grim situation that the tight resourceconstraints, environmentally disastrous and the degeneration of ecological system, wemust establish a ecological concept of respect for nature, comply with nature andprotect nature, put the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position,and incorporate it into all aspects of political construction, cultural construction,economic construction and social development, so to strive to build a beautiful Chineseand to realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.
