Mental health refers to the human’s psychology, which is, cognition, emotion,and mental activities of the internal relations coordination, the content of thepsychological maintain unity with the objective world.As the information in modern world and the rapid development of economy, theprogress of society and the continuous improvement of human understanding of theirown and in-depth, people began to pay more attention to mental health. To someextent, people should pay much more attention to the mental health than physicalhealth. Even if mental health has drawn public attention, and has a certain degree ofacceptance, but its development is still in its infancy.However, the teenagers`mental health status of the current in our country makesus worried, in addition, the status of mental health differs in gender, age, familybackground and educational background, and the various problems caused by mentalhealth affecting their healthy development and the social stability behavior seriously,such as robbery by infatuated with online games, with emotional problems whowielded, suicide.the accidents due to mental health problems present increasingtrend.Objective:The study conducts a text about the mental health and the evaluation factors ofthe Secondary Medical School Students in Siping City.We investigate students`social and psychological situation of family relationships, expectations proposed toincrease the mental health of the public security border defense students an effectiveway to improve psychological education and counseling service to effectively addressthe psychological problems of men, so that students learn self-regulation to ease the psychological pressure to minimize the cases due to psychological problems causedby the accident, in order to promote the construction of border work and the forces ofsustainable development.Methods:Test the questionnaire used coping questionnaire, psychological symptomchecklist (SCL-90). We test860students of2011-2013in the Secondary MedicalSchool Students in Siping City, there were860valid questionnaires, with the cursorafter the Epidata3.0reads the data, using excel2007arranging data,then making useof SPSS13.0statistical software for data collation and analysis of measurement datawith M±Q or(±S) suggest the central tendency and dispersed tendency. Countdata used in forming the ratio (%).The use of Logistic regression test for univariateanalysis and the use of multi-factor non-conditional Logistic regression model formultivariate analysis.Results:1.The psychological symptoms self-assessment shows: among the785secondarymedical school students, there are226students(28.79%) in good psychological healthstatus, while the other559(71.21%) students are in poorer mental health status. Theabnormal sequence of SCL-90factors from high to low is: the hostile(11.30%)、sensitive interpersonal relationship(10.80%)、 terror(10.02%)、obsessive-compulsivedisorder(9.70%)and paranoid(7.00%).2. the results of psychological symptoms self-evaluation multiariable Logisticregression analysis show: national、 only child family and family relationship arefactors that influence the mental health status. Harmonious family relationship is theprotective factor.Conclusion:1. Psychological symptoms and self-reported health test results of secondaryvocational medical students are not positive. Hostile、 sensitive interpersonalrelationship、terror、obsessive-compulsive disorder and paranoid are the majorpsychological problems. 2.National、only child family and family relationship are factors that influencethe mental health status of the secondary medical school students.3.The investigation shows the sequence of SCL-90factors of the secondarymedical school students are higher than the national level.
