As China’s economy has been growing at a high speed for many years, many countries inthe world have established close relations with China in many fields, especially in economy.So business contracts in Sino-foreign economic exchanges are more and more frequent andformal., and their translation of high quality and efficiency can not only promote the sales ofChinese products in foreign markets and expand overseas markets, but can also avoiddisputes.This report, based on the practical translation of Construction Contract of BHI Company,is composed of five chapters.
