A Study On Sino-Russian Contract Of Text Language Contrast And Translation Errors Analysis

The contract is an agreement that the party or both sides are used for establishing,changing and terminating civil relations.Contracts established in accordance with the law are protected by law.Generalized contract refers to the agreement that determines the relationship of rights and obligations in all legal departments.Narrow contract refers to all civil contracts.And the narrowest contract only refers to the debt contract in the civil contract.With the development of economic globalization,the economic cooperation between China and Russia is becoming more and closer.The two countries have a long history of economic cooperation and a wider scope of cooperation,among which the contract plays an important role.But at the same time,because of more and more disputes in the contract,and the contract belonging to a public application document which has its own characteristics in the respect of making,so through the study of China and Russia's contract text,mainly bilateral trade contracts,the author analyzes and compares the differences between the two countries in the contract text and the actually biased errors in the course of usage,also summarizes the contracts' development characteristic of the two countries,so that it is helpful for the two sides to further deepen the understanding of the contract and promote the bilateral political and economic development.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The introduction part introduces the reason and significance of the topic,summarizes the relevant literature of China and Russia,overviews the research results of the predecessors and points out the space of the continuing research,and explains the research content and the research methods.Chapter I Overview of China and Russia on the definition of the contract,the type and format of the contract.Briefly describe the definition of contract and contract in China and Russian law.Sino-Russian contracts' titles have different forms of constitution,and official seal has different colors,but the main part has no the obvious difference.Chapter II It analyzes the linguistic features of the Sino-Russian contracts,including lexical expression and grammatical expression.Lexical expression analyzes the common text vocabulary,abbreviations,contract terms,professional vocabulary and proper nouns in the Sino-Russian contract,summarizing their characteristics.The grammatical expression analyzes the related words,quantifiers and syntactic features in the Sino-Russian contracts,summarizing the stylistic characteristics of the contract.Chapter III It explains the biased errors and improved measures in the Chinese contract through specific examples.In addition,analyze the causes of the Sino-Russian contract'biased errors,and classifies the biased errors into vocabulary errors,sentence errors and chapter errors.At the same time,it is an important way to resolve the errors that the full understanding of the contract and the correct understanding of the error.This paper aims to deepen the understanding of the differences between the two sides in terms of format,language and usage through the comparative study of Sino-Russian contracts.At the same time,it also helps scholars to further study the Sino-Russian contracts.
