Children’s Latin Dance Development Status Of Liuyang City,Hunan And Countermeasures

With the value of Latin dance are taking more and more people’s attention, Latin dance has spread rapidly and widely carried out in children’s teaching. In Liuyang area Latin started later than others but developed rapidly. Even in the good development base, it also has appeared in the development of stagnation. There is nobody has investigated the development of Latin in Liuyang area, in order to promote the development of Latin in Liuyang towards more profession, this paper investigated the status of Junior Latin dance training institutions in Liuyang area more comprehensive, systematic, then find out the factors which impact the further development of it. This paper uses the literature, field trips, questionnaires and other research methods, it investigate the four Latin dance training institutions in Liuyang City of Hunan, and200(4-17years old students) Junior Latin Dance learner conducted a questionnaire survey, then we understand the status of the development of Liuyang Latin and shortcomings of it. At last this paper make recommendations accordingly countermeasures.During the survey we found the following questions of Liuyang City Junior Latin dance:①Liuyang City Junior· Latin dance started late, and small city is not conducive to the introduction of professionals.②Various training institutions are profit chasing, they don’t focus on the promotion and development prospects of Latin dance.③Insufficient training time for children learners, without the security of adequate training time, it is difficult to improve the teaching quality.④The age of teachers is generally low, lacking of teaching experience is not conducive to improving the quality of children’s Latin dance.⑤The overall education background of teachers is low, poor research capacity, lack of teachers’ theoretical knowledge directly restricts the development of children’s Latin dance.⑥Teacher’s motivation is based on economic interests, not rigorous enough for students to be responsible, affecting the quality of teaching⑦Liuyang neglect the quality of students training and physical training, have a great impact on children’s long-term development of Latin dance.⑧There are not enough chance or games for students to perform and compete, which will have bad effect on children’ awareness of competing, self-learning and proactiveConclusion:①Liuyang City Junior Latin dance started late, the city is not conducive to small-scale introduction of professionals. Various training institutions for profit, not pay attention to the promotion and development prospects of Latin dance, some agencies do not convey a professional back-up talent base, so after Liuyang Latin stagnant developed to a certain scale.②Children learner serious imbalance between men and women, affecting children’s Latin dance future prospects. Children less training time learners, without adequate training time to do security, it is difficult to improve the quality of teaching. Children’s motivation to learn is to develop hobbies and more, only to learn Latin as professional and technical learning, will have clear learning objectives and motivation.③In terms of teachers, teachers of age is generally low, the lack of teaching experience is not conducive to quality teaching to improve children’s Latin dance. Low overall qualifications of teachers, poor knowledge structure research capabilities. Theoretical lack of knowledge, low levels of education directly restricts the development of children’s Latin dance. Motivation of teachers teaching based on economic interests, the teaching process as a task-based, not rigorous enough for students to be responsible, affecting the quality of teaching.④Liuyang Latin dance insufficient attention to the students’quality of teaching and training physical training, learners are not conducive to the cultivation of children’s dance and physical sensation for student performances, less a platform game, children’s lack of competitiveness and entrepreneurial awareness, so Children learn the Latin dance lost the initiative.
