Children’s Dance Sport is developing rapidly in recent years, and there are more and more training institutions for children’s Latin in Xi’an. Therefore, an objective, comprehensive, authentic research on the training institutions for children’s Latin in urban Xi’an is necessary, which will help to improve the management level as well as the operation returns of the training institutions, and also will be of guiding significance to the development of children’s Latin in Xi’an.In this thesis, various researching method such as literature study, interview and questionnaire, are used to investigate the 18 training institutions for children’s Latin in urban Xi’an, as well as their managers, couches, students and parents. The situations of these training institutions is analyzed, and some feasible strategies are proposed to solve the problems that restrict the development. The conclusions of the research are:1. Training institutions in the form of running a school in private education accounted for 66.7%, 22.2% of joint venture school, government school 5.6%, association of school 5.6%, training institutions and facilities in the questionnaire, truly achieve the standard dance room only accounted for 22.2%; institutions in promotions mostly to class time more long class fee is low.2. Training institutions in the management of professional management training accounted for 20%, the number of people accounted for 80%.3. The majority of college students part-time coaching, theoretical knowledge and skills are uneven, the overall level is low, the lack of experienced high level coaches.4. To participate in the training of students, the proportion of girls accounted for 75.9%, boys accounted for 24.1%.5. In the parents support their children to learn the motivation of the Latin dance survey, exercise, enhance physical fitness this option accounted for 38.6%, living in the highest.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1. The Latin training institutions for children are mostly private education. Problems exists such as non-regulated running, strong profit-aiming, substandard facilities, confused fee charging, and obsolete advertisement strategies.2. The managers of the training institutions, are mostly lack of the management training and experiences, which affect the operation of the training institutions.3. The couches for the training institutions, are mostly college students with part-timed teaching. The theoretical knowledge and level of skills are uneven and lack high-leveled, seasoned couches.4. The children attending Latin training are mostly girls, sex ratio is seriously imbalanced. The children seldom accept fulltime Latin training, instead they mainly attend training in their spare time.5. The children’s parents, send the children to Latin training mostly aiming at building up bodies and developing hobbies. The parents tend to choose those training institutions that are relatively large-scaled and famous with better facilities, high-level couches.
