On The Social Schooling For Children’s Latin Dance Training In Longshan County

To know the running situation of those social training institutions of the Children’s Latinin in Longshan County, this article taking the institution of Longshan county as the research object, of which used the documentary analysis method, the field survey method and interview method, etc.; which investigated and analyzed many key elements of Longshan’s institution such as the goals and the qualifications, the venues, the facilities, the scales of the school, the teaching stuff, the operational funds, the schemes and the managements, etc.; Concluded some main issues which are remaining in those social training institutions of Children’s Latin in Longshan county, and proposed corresponding strategies about how to optimize the current conditions of the Children’s Latin training.After analyzed these current conditions of these social training institutions of the children’s latin in Longshan county, we found the following problems.Firstly, the supervision department of these social training institutions of the children’s Latin in Longshan is ineffective, and many institutions are incompetent to running a school. Secondly, the distribution of the site is unreasonable and the facilities is incomplete. Thirdly, the teaching ability of these institution is inadequate, and many teachers are low-educated and unprofessional. Fourthly, the school running funds is inadequate, which result in the facilities and the environment of the institution can’t be improved. Last but not the least, the management systems of these institutions are unsound.To optimize the running of these social training institutions of the Children’s Latin in Longshan County, we need pay attention to the following strategies.First of all, the local government must strengthen the supervision to the social training institution of the Children’s Latin, to make these institutions running in conformity with the legal provisions. Second, these institutions must rationally plan their distribution of the field and enhance the infrastructure construction. Thirdly, they must think highly of the teaching stuff, to enlarge the teaching ability of these institutions. At last, establish a perfect management system and standardize the system and formality of the management.
