Relationship Among Neighborhood Order Evaluation,Aggression And Sleep Quality In Young People

Objective To explore the relationship and the interaction mechanism between neighborhood order evaluation, aggression and sleep quality in young people. Methods With the convenient sampling,928young people were questioned with Neighborhood order evaluation scale(NDES), Chinese version of Buss&Perry aggression questionnaire(AQ-CV) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Results (1)The inner consistency reliability of Neighborhood order evaluation scale(NDES) is0.80, it’s split-half reliability is0.62.(2)Significant differences existed between genders, sources of the household registration and ages in total of NDES.(3) Significant differences existed between genders, sources of the household registration, only child, religious faith and ages in total of AQ-CV.(4)The sleep problems of young people mainly embodied in daytime dysfuncition, subjective sleep quality, the time to fall asleep and sleep disorders. And significant differences existed between genders, sources of the household registration, only child, religious Faith and ages in total of PSQI.(5) Significant correlations in neighborhood order evaluation, aggression and sleep quality. Conclusion Neighborhood order evaluation scale(NDES) showed good qualities of psychometrics in inner consistency reliability, split-half reliability, content validity, construction validity, criterion validity and empirical validity. The sleep quality of young people is not optimistic. The neighborhood order evaluation of young people has an effect on aggression and sleep quality, and one’s aggression has an effect on sleep quality.Neighborhood order evaluation can have a direct effect on the sleep quality, and can also affect sleep quality through the intermediary role of aggression.
