After Study and collection more than50private enterprise employees’ Psychological Contract, Transformational Leadership styles,and Work Engagement data,which located in Fuzhou, exploratory and confirmatory analysis the corresponding scale, this study demonstrated for several problems:(1)The overall situation of private enterprise employees perceived The Transformational leadership style, Psychological Contract and Work Engagement;(2)The relationship between Transformational Leadership style, Psychological Contract and Work Engagement which private enterprise employees perceived;(3)The counter measure of private enterprise employees’Work Engagement.This study includes:(1)The exploration and validation of Transformational Leadership style, Psychological Contract and Work Engagement scale, which base on ground of across geography and culture.(2)The relationship between Transformational Leadership style, Psychological Contract and Work Engagement of employees located in Fuzhou private enterprises.Conclusions of this thesis:(1)Employees of private enterprises in Fuzhou City, whose Psychological Contract and Leadership has a strong geographical feature. By extension, in a specific study, the localization is an inevitable requirement of the scale.(2) Fuzhou private enterprises employees in different of age, and qualifications, and posts level in Psychological Contract of employees responsibility of specification cooperation dimension degrees are exists significantly of differences, other of background does not significantly; different of age and in enterprise work of years number of different in led charm dimension degrees exists differences; different of posts level, and in is located enterprise different of work years number and is located of enterprise of scale different in Psychological Contract of relationship dimension degrees has significantly of differences.(3)Private enterprise staffs Psychological Contract and Work Engagement in Fuzhou City there are significant positive correlation; private worker Leadership style and Work Engagement also significantly positively correlated; Leadership style also greatly under the influence of the Psychological Contract.(4)Leadership in Fuzhou City in the impact of Psychological Contract on work plays an intermediary role in. Meaning that private enterprise staffs Psychological Contract in Fuzhou devoted not only directly affect, but also Leadership devoted to Work Engagement produced by employees.
