Adolescent leadership refers to a personality trait that teenagers learn to manage themselves,communicate and cooperate with others effectively,take responsibility for achieving their goals and promote positive collective change.Positive psychology regards youth leadership as one of the components of individual justice virtue,while some developed countries regard it as a kind of citizenship and key ability for individuals to meet the needs of lifelong development and social development.At present,domestic and foreign researches on youth leadership pay more attention to the cultivation of youth leadership.In fact,effective cultivation is clearly related to its influencing factors.Moreover,the influencing factors of adolescent leadership are not only environment,but also individual internal factors and their interaction.Teachers' leadership style refers to teachers' habitual behavior tendency gradually formed in educational activities.Transformational leadership style is one of them.It focuses on stimulating students' vision and self-realization needs to mobilize students' enthusiasm to achieve learning goals.According to the view of social information processing,adolescent students' perception of teachers' leadership style can have an important impact on their attitudes and behaviors.Self-efficacy and achievement goal orientation,as the manifestations of individual'sintrinsic motivation,can adjust their learning attitude and behavior,and can also be influenced by important others' leadership style.At present,few studies have explored the relationship between adolescents' perception of transformational leadership of teachers and their self-efficacy,goal orientation and leadership.Therefore,based on the perspective of ecosystem theory and social information processing,this study explores the relationship between teachers' transformational leadership and adolescent leadership,and the mediating role of adolescents' self-efficacy and achievement goal orientation,in order to provide basis and guidance for promoting the effectiveness of adolescent leadership training.In this study,998 students from four middle schools in Hunan province were selected as subjects,and the relationship between teachers' transformational leadership,adolescent leadership,self-efficacy and achievement goal orientation was investigated by questionnaire.Through descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and mediation effect analysis based on Bootstrap procedure,the following results were obtained:(1)There are significant differences in the grade of adolescent leadership,but no significant differences in gender.(2)Teachers' transformational leadership,adolescent leadership,self-efficacy and achievement goal orientation are positively correlated.(3)Adolescent self-efficacy plays a mediating role between teachers' transformational leadership and adolescent leadership.(4)Goal orientation plays a mediating role between transformational leadership of teachers and leadership of adolescents.(5)Adolescents' self-efficacy and mastery goal orientation play a chain mediating role between teachers' transformational leadership and adolescent leadership.This study concludes that there are grade differences in adolescent leadership;adolescent perceived transformational leadership of teachers has a positive predictive effect on their leadership;adolescent self-efficacy and mastery goal orientation have mediating effects on the relationship between transformational leadership of teachers and adolescent leadership,and the link between them can produce chain mediating effect.This study provides an empirical basis for the relationship and mechanism between teachers' transformational leadership and adolescent leadership,and also provides enlightenment for guiding school education on how to cultivate adolescent leadership from the perspective of teacher leadership.
