Science and technology is a double-edged sword, it not only push forward the development of human society, but also brings negative effect to the ecological environment, threatening the survival of mankind’s destruction. Since the birth of first world genetically modified organisms in 1983, genetically modified food as a result of cutting-edge technology of transgenic technology, the gradual popularization in the global scope, types of genetically modified food has increased year by year, bring huge economic benefits for human beings, genetically modified food developing vigorously. But it is in the meantime, it also cause a series of practical science and technology ethics problem, especially in the commercialization of the potential risk and safety have not been fully confirmed cases, genetically modified food safety problem has become the central topic of discussion to the environmental and health hazards of transgenic food, caused by the existence of potential safety problems, genetically modified food, whether there is a threat to human body and environment of genetically modified food much, its harm is whether it can be a series of problems people control makes one of the most cutting-edge, the most popular topic of ethics of science and technology of genetically modified food. How to ensure the safety of genetically modified food, how to build the integrity of genetically modified food structure of new order, science and technology ethics harmony with science and technology ethics constraint technology personnel’s behavior, how to make the formation of mutual promotion, mutual coordination relationship into a major theoretical and practical significance of the issue between the ethics of science and technology and the application of science and technology.Genetically modified food science and technology ethics problems of genetically modified food is the cause of lack of science and technology community and the government management of public rights and interests of the damage, so for genetically modified food science and technology ethics should be targeted to resolve the problem. First of all, the safety of genetically modified food should be build ethics of science and technology, establish and improve the food safety assessment mechanism, improve the safety education, establish a transgenic technology ethical review committee. Secondly, establish an early warning system for the genetically modified food safety regulation. Third, we should develop community of genetically modified food science and technology ethics responsibility. Fourth, perfect the relevant laws and regulations. Clear the value of the genetically modified food science and technology workers reasoning mechanism, and finally achieve the harmony of man and nature, sustainable development.
