Gaomi city art theatre management status, not only relates to the survival anddevelopment of theater itself, also relates to the satisfaction of people’s spiritual and culturallife and the healthy development of the city’s cultural and social enterprises.From the currentview, gaomi city art theatre operating management mode is still in the theoretical research andthe exploration stage,Implement relevant to the theatre and actual operational managementmode in accordance with the theatre development characteristics, is the key to the long-termdevelopment of the theatre.This paper based on the current situation of the development of literature and artperformance troupes operations at home and abroad and the theory of operation mode of study,for the theatre operations management to lay the corresponding theoretical basis.Then, acomprehensive introduction gaomi city art theatre in the past were analyzed the problemsexisting in the operation mode and the causes of these problems,Summarizes thecharacteristics of the operating theatre and the characteristic and future development goals andpositioning theatre.And combined with the cultural advantages of gaomi city art theatre andeffective brand characteristics, both at home and abroad for reference, the passage of severaloperating modes, on the basis of what kind of operation mode by comparing analysiscomparison accords with the practice of the development of gaomi city art theater, so as toachieve the goal and positioning of the theatre, to construct suitable for the development ofgaomi city art theatre operating management mode.Through the exploring study of gaomi city art theatre operation mode, for our city theaterreform of the current and future development provides a good theoretical reference andreference.In this paper, the theatre has adopted the three-dimensional marketing, go the way ofscale management of the brand, must be based on the theatre practice, focus on the long-termdevelopment, to correctly handle the theatre in meet the demand of the public welfare cultureand the relationship between the need to a market-oriented operation mode, theatre and forsmall and medium-sized cities in our country face the similar confusion to provide usefulreference value.
