The Development Of The Marxist Faith Under The Background Of A Pluralistic Society

Faith is a spiritual phenomenon unique to humans，constitute a spiritual pillar for sustaininghuman life and the spiritual power．On the road of life，everybody must choose their ownbeliefs．Choosing what kind of belief determines how will the road of life develop，how to reflectpersonal value and f unction in the society．Therefore，choosing faith means choosing life．With the development of the marxism，marxist faith has become the dominant faith in oursociety．The article analyzes the the propagation process of the Marx doctrine in Chinese and theinevitability that marxist faith became the dominant one．Because of the belief，the nationalpeople achieved the great victory of the socialist construction and reform with unity，cohesionand overcoming difficulties．However，in the concrete practice process，the development of theMarx doctrine of belief also exist the bias and challenges．For example，the emergence of multifaith condition challenge the Marx’s belief．Faith diversification is the result of social progressand thought liberation．With the pluralistic era background，the value choice of multivariategreatly enrich and expand people’s living space and the meaning world， and creat moreopportunities and conditionsthe for the overall development of man．Of course，pluralism bringsalso the challenge and barrier：while people enjoy the freedom of choice，they are also sufferedthe unprecedented confusion and burden，the barren life ideal and belief，the chaos of valuechoice．Someone even disunderstands the significance to be living，and finally indulges in thepursuit of material benefits．In this environment，marxist belief also received a serious attack．Therefore， in an age filled with opening up and development， in a society thatdiversification has become a inevitable fact，diversity of value choice has been and must bepossible． But allowing multiple choice does not mean that we will abandon the socialmainstream culture or core value．Any society must have its own core values as the leader of thepluralistic value choice，in China，the core value is the marxist belief．So，how to develop the marxist faith under the background of a pluralistic society，and howto stick to its dominant and the mainstream status?
