Peer experience is important in childhood development environment. In thecompanion’s experience, children received a large number of behavior, attitude, skilland experience, which will influence the adaption of children’s whole life. Peerexperiences and learning consists of two important tasks of teenagers’development.Peer relationship is divided into two level, such as peeracceptance(rejection) and friendship. Previous studies have shown that, peerrelationship has significant effect on the individual’s adaptation, there are alsocomplex interactions. There are obviously corresponding relationship betweenstudents’ peer relationships and academic performance. Comparing the peerrelationship of good students’academic performance with the poor pupils, the goodstudents are better. The students with good peer relationships have less problems,and vice versa.The academic achievement of students who are rejected by othersis the worst. But few studies have focused on the junior middle school students’interaction of peer relationship and academic adaptation (grades).In view of this, thisstudy is to explore the direct interaction of junior high school students’ peerrelationship on the academic adaptation, and the academic adaptation on peerrelationship.This study used questionnaire friends group specific problem behaviors to obtainstatus problem behavior friend group, Using the self-report method measurement ofself learning attitude and interpersonal network relations. Taking the final examgrades of the students of the two semesters as academic performance index, Based onthe400junior middle school students’ cross lagged analysis of Grade Seven in newand high tech zones Shiyan School and Zhuojing School, we give the conclusion.peer relationships of junior middle school students and academic adaptationrelated significantly.Good peer relationship is conducive to the promotion of students’academic adjustment, the possibilities of students with good academic adaptation have better peer relationship.Poor peer relationships of junior high school students,bad behavior and negative behavior of adolescent friends are risk factors of academicadaptation.
