It is generally known that China and Korea are close neighbors facing each other acr oss a narrow strip of water, they have extensively contacted and communicated with each other in politics, economy, culture and other aspects since ancient time, in this way, they c an draw on each other’s strengths and complement each other to create the history of thous ands of years of civilization. Through the ages, their cultural exchanges are very close, and the literature is one of the most important aspects. But their various exchanges and contact s in the literature mainly come from the literary talks between their envoys because of the backward exchanges of information at that time.They are close neighbors, so they have used the same characters- Chinese characters, this makes their relationship much closer than other countries. Especially in the exchanges of literature and culture, a large number of outstanding Chinese literatures are introduced t o Korea to bring the valuable effect on the spread of its literatures. Gradually, the Korean writers have enjoyed the great benefit, they wanted to explore more useful values.Through the unremitting efforts of numerous Korean writers over the years, as the great literature wi th the profound research values," Yan Xinglu" has been written, it includes the thinking, fe eling and perception of Chinese things in the practical communication. Its overall contents are quite rich and colorful, the subjects are also varied, it can be regarded as the firsthand d ata for other foreigners to preliminarily know most situations in China.The article is divided into three parts from the perspective of comparative literature: fi rstly, summarize the relationship between Korea and Qing dynasty in the 19th century. It e xplains the history of their exchanges of politics, economy, culture and their tributary relati onship in the 19th century, and takes Beijing Liulichang as the main research place to pave for the text in the next part.Secondly, emphasize to analyze the literary exchanges and research between Korean envoys and Chinese literati in the 19th century, take Cui Doucan, Jin Zhengxi and Li Shan gdi as the main research objects to respectively discuss their communications with differen t literati in Qing dynasty.Thirdly, emphasize to state the summary and the characteristics of the literary exchan ges between Korean envoys and Chinese literati in the 19th century for the purpose of anal yzing different levels of literary values.This article takes the literary exchanges between Korean envoys and Chinese literati i n the 19th century as an important pointcut to research "Yan Xinglu", it emphasizes to anal yze the literary exchanges in the literatures of Korean envoys, and carefully observe the co mmunication between Korean envoys and Chinese literati from different research perspect ives and aspects, in this way, it can seize Chinese social and cultural reality in the eyes of Korean envoys at that time for the purpose of exploring the deep cultural implication behin d the relationship of literary communication of these literati.
