Social mobilization is a social phenomenon so that scholars attach importance to it. In order to mobilize the masses taking part in the socialist transformation, the CCP and the PRC used the means of social mobilization during 1953 to 1956, having a profound impact on the social development process. Trade union which is under the leadership of the CCP implements the policies of the CCP and the PRC, not only strengthening the connection between the CCP and masses, but also being an important part of mobilization network built by the CCP. This research takes trade union of Fujian province in a period of transition as an example to study organizational mechanisms of trade union for mobilization and then we can consider the pros and cons and learn something. The main point of this research is stereoscopic mobilization network built by trade union of Fujian province in a period of transition promoted the development of social mobilization in a short time. But consequent negative lessons should be noticed by futurity.
