With the development of global trade, the problems caused by technical barriersto trade (TBT) have been more and more attracted by each trade role and the scholarsof various countries. Recently, research on technical barriers to trade (TBT) is notonly growing in number but also rising in depth. And yet, many scholars analyze TBTfrom economic angle and achieve more fruitful results, there are still many difficultiesand blind spots in the course of the study. More specifically, Amartya Sen reports thateconomics must be study combine with the ethics and politics. Therefore, this paperfocus on analyze the related issues to technical barriers to trade (TBT) from the scopeof ethics, and in the light of the problems existing in this mode, after that show thecause of its formation and develop all-around research in depth. At last it putsforward some countermeasure and advices.I introduced the background of topic and the meaning in the first Chapter andgave a brief introduce about the reason of the technical trade barrier and the currentsituation and discuss the necessity and the practical significant about using descriptiveethics to analysis the technical trade barrier.Then introduced the current situation oftechnical trade barrier at home and abroad and also gave a brief introduce about themain researcher and their viewpoint.In the meantime,pointed out the shortage ofacademic research on the ethical and technical trade barrier issues.However,thisarticle start out from this shortcoming to find the ethic issue and do research into thisissue and finally draw a conclusion and solution.In the end,i elucidated the way thatinvolved in the content and writing method.Afterwards,indicated the conception andcharacteristic of technical trade barrier,also analyzed the reason of technical tradebarrier and the way of using.Secondly,mainly identify the existing ethic problem oftechnical trade barrier.For example,the fairness problem,the problem of respect,theecological problem and so on.Taking over them and then analyzed it.Again,analyzedthe reason of technical trade barrier and ethic issue.Last,According to this ethic issue,ipointed out the solution of ethic issue and suggestion.For example,building the international trade principle that combined the faith and mutual benefit, setting up afair and impartial international trade mechanism, establishing the mutual respectinternational trade and moral rule and building the harmonious mechanism of tradethat benefit the global ecological protection.
