Application Explore In Modern Decorative Painting Designs Of Bronze Patterns

Bronze in Chinese history, from the initial Xia, Shang and Zhou dynasties, has been extended to the Qin and Han dynasties. It has undergone about two thousand years of history. Its development process is generally followed from sprouting, development, maturity, decline gradually until the peak of the development trajectory. Development of Chinese bronzes, represents the highest level of technology and artistic achievements in China’s feudal slavery society. The patterns on the bronze also go through two thousand years of the history of evolution and development, and form its unique artistic features in the shape after several dynasties replacement.In this paper, the ultimate goal of the traditional bronze study patterns in modern decorative painting design is for its application. By studying the Chinese traditional bronze patterns of meaning, the species, and learning the external symmetry, order, beauty in pairs,the whole beauty, the beauty of art and other features,and the inherent cultural connotation of religion, rituals and life, we explore the theory and practical significance in the traditional Chinese bronze decorative painting patterns used in modern design, and review and summarize that the Chinese traditional bronze design patterns used in modern decorative painting should follow the traditional cultural heritage, respect for modern design, reflect the principles of contemporary aesthetic features. Finally, we choose a decorative painting design practice as an example by utilizing the decomposition reorganization, abstract deformation, material transfer, simplification and other artistic techniques to achieve a specific application of traditional Chinese bronze patterns in modern decorative painting design.
