Chinese Literature Peripherization:The Retrospect And Confirmation Of A Promblematical History

In recent years, the public are accustomed to using the word “peripherization” discuss the things that outside the mainstream, including of literature. The educational circles focused on“Chinese literature peripherization” in the 1990 s. But, the significance of slogan transcended the consideration of connotation in use. The reason why I serve the “Chinese literature peripherization” as the central issue is that the allege of theory has ended. However, it’s necessary to analysis and summary the process of beginning, developing, ending more rationally.Starting with the history of Modern Chinese literature, I put forward three important transformations regard to the issue “Chinese literature peripherization” by methodology of Media Game. Firstly, “Nanjing Decade”, as the undercurrent of centralization, “Chinese literature peripherization” was in the stage of sprout. Secondly, from “Rewriting Age” to“Market Age”, “Chinese literature peripherization” engendered gradually when the new sprout was coming out. Literature was no longer the centre of the ideological establishment.Thirdly, “Network Age”, the ending of “Chinese literature peripherization”.From the demonstrative structure, the thesis divides into three chapters. Chapter one, the formulation of “Media Game” theory. In order to broaden dimensionality of literary criticism and introduce a dynamic interactive mechanism for analyzing the literature activity, the thesis will use this theory. Meanwhile, this chapter will note on terminology and restrict the expression of concepts. Chapter two, I will discuss the “Media Game” for the use of literature in the process which the Kuomintang and the Communist Party contended in the field of ideology in “Nanjing Decade”. This chapter will pay attention to the influence of “Books censorship” on the formation of “Chinese literature centralization”. As the sociocultural undercurrent, “literature peripherization” sprouted gradually. Some rudiment of medium influenced on the transformation of literature years later. Chapter three, we will emphasize the way of “Chinese literature peripherization” from “rewriting the history of literature”“literature marketization” and “the network of literature”.
