Language is audible and stereoscopic, and the sound in the form of the statement should have its own full movement, however, tone is the reflection of the movement process. Influenced by the types of structure, function, emotional attitude and the psychological states, the tone of modern Chinese language has changed frequently in its form. For the complicated structure types, various function and the abundant emotional attitude, the questions’ tone seems particularly variety. It happens frequently that the literature of linguistics doesn’t has systematic statement about the law of interrogative tone, and the ultimate goal of this theme is to find the preliminary general law of interrogative tone.In this theme, we compared the impact of structures, functions and emotional attitudes for interrogative tone in child’s fairy tales by using experimental phonetics method. It concludes that emotional attitude is the main factor to decide the change of interrogative tone, and the type of emotional attitude has common corresponding law with the rise and fall of interrogative tone. The last but not lest, psychological factors also impact interrogative tone together with emotional attitude.
