Research On The Development Of Rural Public Culture By Local Government

With the development of economy and the progress of society,the state pays more and more attention to the construction of rural public cultural systems.The construction of public cultural services in our country started late,and there is less investment in rural public cultural services than in cities.Therefore,under the background of new rural construction,how to build a good public cultural undertaking in rural areas has become an important issue of practical significance.This paper takes the case of Ningde City of Fujian Province as an example and analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey conducted in Ningde City of Fujian Province using literature analysis methods and interviews,investigation methods,and comparative research methods,and analyzes the development of the rural public cultural undertakings in Ningde City.Some issues,such as inadequate institutional mechanisms,lack of talent,lack of funds,deviations in ideas,etc.,and the reasons given by the local government to sum up the problems in the development of rural public cultural undertakings in coastal areas,followed by the elaboration of local governments in some provinces and cities Promote the advanced experience of the development of rural public cultural undertakings,draw on advanced experience,and put forward relevant suggestions in order to promote the development of rural public cultural undertakings in Ningde City.Based on the perspective of the revitalization of villages,this paper takes Ningde as an example to analyze and summarize the problems existing in the development of coastal rural public cultural undertakings,and explores how local governments can promote the development of coastal rural public cultural undertakings.The current academic research on the construction of public cultural service systems is mostly confined to the supply system of public cultural products.This article is directed at the research on the development of rural public cultural undertakings;in addition,the case chosen in this paper is the development of rural public cultural undertakings in underdeveloped areas in the province.A microcosm of the construction,its countermeasures and suggestions have a certain reference value for the vast rural areas.
