Research On Foreign Students Satisfaction Toward Teaching Chinese As A Foreign Language In South China University Of Technology

In the teaching process of major teaching as a foreign language, I found that some students feel dissatisfied. Complaints from students in Major of the Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, such as the pronunciation of teachers teaching methods, teacher of english ability, etc. Because of complaints the teaching of a foreign language student in South China University of Technology, so I choice this research to measuring students satisfaction degree.This study will analyze the process of learning Chinese, with the impact of student satisfaction variables measured between expectations and performance of student satisfaction. This study was to use the gap theory(Parasuraman, et al. 1985, 1988) by comparing the gap between customer expectations and to accept service of the service perception was to measure the quality of service. Gap theory or SERVQUAL model is a customer perception of service quality method to measure. Customers evaluate the overall quality of service on five dimensions are the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy.A total of 24 questions, each use two variables. The first variable is to measure expectation, and the second variable is a measure of perception. This study used a sample of 216 individuals, with a total of 749 students on behalf of the Teaching Chinese as a foreign Language. I believe that the hypothesis test are reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy and responsiveness of the satisfaction of the students have a positive impact.
