| With the continuous development of the major of teaching Chinese to Speakers of other languages,the major of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of other Languages comes into being in order to cultivate high-level and high-level composite talents.Based on the characteristics of this program,Master’s students in MTCSOL are required to be able to teach and communicate in a foreign language fluently and have cross-cultural communication skills.In order to improve the foreign language ability training of MTCSOL,it is necessary to study the satisfaction of MTCSOL in various aspects.Satisfaction is one of the important indicators to test the quality of foreign language teaching in colleges and universities.Taking student satisfaction as the orientation is the only way for training institutions to improve the quality of foreign language training.Based on the customer satisfaction model,this study adjusted the model according to the actual situation of foreign language teaching in this major,and constructed the foreign language ability training satisfaction model and foreign language ability training satisfaction evaluation system for masters of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of other Languages.It briefly introduced the theoretical basis of the model,and also introduced the process of establishing the indicators.In this study,144 master’s students in teaching Chinese as a language as a foreign language were surveyed from six dimensions,including student expectation,perceived quality,perceived value,student satisfaction,student complaint,and student loyalty.In addition,6 students and 1foreign language teacher of this major were interviewed in depth to make up for the deficiency of the questionnaire.Then,the questionnaire data was analyzed,frequency analysis and variance analysis in SPSS were used to analyze the overall ability training satisfaction and the training satisfaction of each dimension.Meanwhile,the independent sample T test and one-way variance analysis were used to analyze the differences in the satisfaction of foreign language ability training.Finally,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of foreign language ability training for masters of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of other languages,and puts forward suggestions on the optimization of foreign language ability training content and links through the above research.This paper is a supplement to the relevant research on foreign language cultivation of this major,and also a prospect for future research on foreign language cultivation. |
