With the deepening of the project, the author gained a deeper understanding of art students, art professions, artistic talents cultivation from which did she learn the urgency of solving art students educational problems and the great importance of building art education platforms to domestic art cultivation or even to the whole country and to the market development.Therefore, the author launched investigations and surveys about art students individuality and commonality of personnel training and educational needs of education platform.With the continuous development of Internet technology, big data has gradually expanded to all areas, the emergence of Cloud Computing Assisted by big data more quickly and run. The collaborative operation of big data and cloud computing makes the Internet can achieve more efficient. Platform for the construction of this era can achievemore possibilities, the use of which in the era of big data under the background of the combination of the Internet and cloud computing technology to make the platform to meet the more function.In this essay, an arts network practical platform supported by big data are established, through which the arts education is achieved optimal and more outstanding and make applied talents are fostered.
