Evaluation Study On The Role Of Government In The Development Of Cultural Industry

Culture, which embodies the national blood, is a profound accumulation of history. Chinese culture has a long history, which is the sources and support of the realization of the Chinese Dream. The cultural industry is a sunrise in knowledge economy era, and it is playing an increasingly important role in promoting economic development, industrial restructuring or upgrading and construction of socialist spiritual civilization. And now, it becomes a new economic growth point and anchor. Objectively, the cultural industry is a new form of industry in national culture’s Inheriting, protecting and innovating, which provides adequate financial support. The degree of development of cultural industry, from a certain sense, is a reflection of the culture and economy interaction. In the context of economic globalization, more and more countries begin to realize the importance of cultural industry in enhancing the country’s comprehensive national strength. Cultural industry increasingly shows its important role in economic and cultural development, which has risen to national strategic pillar industry.This paper is titled as "evaluation study on" the role of government in the development of cultural industry, combining two perspectives of the cultural industry development and the role of government, establishing the role of government evaluation index system of cultural industry development. In this paper, the role of the Xi’an Municipal Government in the development of cultural industries quantitatively evaluated. According to reference advanced experience at home and abroad, and summarize its advantages and problems in local cultural industry development, this paper puts forward countermeasures to accelerate the development of cultural industry from the perspective of the perspective of government. The article analyses from theory to realistic thinking, from the reference of the experience of foreign countries look to Xi’an city present situation, hopes to help promote the development of Chinese local governments.
