The cultural differences of Uygur nationality and Han nationality lead to the cultural dislocation in the Chinese language and Uygur language, which limits communication and exchanges between Han nationality and Uygur nationality to some extent. Under the background of the cultural differences between Uygur nationality and Han nationality, using the cultural dislocation phenomenon in the cognition and expression between Uygur nationality and Han nationality as starting point, and based on the fact that language is cultural external manifestation, this paper analyzes its reasons and explores effective strategy to solute. Meanwhile, the paper defined culture, translation, the cultural dislocation, and the relationship among them, and then, analyzed analogy dislocation, thought dislocation, custom dislocation by comparison and interpretation of Han accused of, in order to enhance the sensitivity about the differences between the two, and avoid communication error through the study.
