The problematic behavior of students in Chinese class directly disrupts the class order and affects the teaching process,and classroom management is also a major challenge for Chinese teachers.In the context of the global epidemic,most Chinese teaching has been transformed from offline to online,and the new teaching form has also brought new challenges to the classroom management of Chinese teachers.In this thesis,adult Chinese learners in The Confucius Institute in Krakow are investigated to study the problem behaviors of students in the Online Chinese classroom.Combined with teacher interviews,this study classifies and describes problematic behaviors in detail,so as to summarize the characteristics of problematic behaviors in online classes and the causes of problematic behaviors,and analyze the countermeasures taken by teachers in class.Finally,according to the actual situation,targeted solutions are proposed from multiple perspectives to help future Chinese teachers correctly understand students' classroom problem behaviors and make reasonable attribution,so as to solve students' problem behaviors in Online Chinese classroom more effectively.This paper is divided into the following five parts:The first part expounds the reason of this thesis.Then it expounds the significance of the research from two aspects of theory and practice.Finally,this paper analyzes the research status from four aspects:classroom management,classroom problem behavior,classroom problem behavior in Chinese as a foreign language classroom,and Chinese online classroom.The second part gives an overview of the research objectives,ideas and methods of this paper,and analyzes the design and implementation steps of questionnaires and interviews in detail.The third part is the main part of this article,including the classification and the manifestation of problem behavior in Chinese online classroom,the characteristics of the problem behavior.The problem behaviors in Chinese online classroom can be divided into two categories:easy to detect and difficult to detect by teachers.These problem behaviors show the characteristics of concealment and uncontrollability.The causes of problematic behaviors in Chinese online classroom are very complex,including four factors:students,teachers,environment and network&equipment.The fourth part analyzes the students' attitude towards classroom problem behaviors and the necessity for teachers to take measures,and puts forward prevention and solution strategies and suggestions from the three aspects of students,teachers and colleges according to the actual situation,in order to provide reference for Chinese teachers to engage in Chinese online teaching and ensure the smooth progress of teaching.At last,the conclusion part summarizes the whole thesis,emphasizes the significance of studying students' problem behavior in Chinese online classroom,and points out the shortcomings of this thesis.
