Nowadays there exist many students’ problem behaviors in the classroom of Chinese International Education, like wandering in the classroom, chatting, peeking at cell phones, or giving no care to raising any question. The control of students’ problem behaviors is a major task of classroom management. There are problem behaviors in Chinese classrooms in Thailand as well which affected seriously teaching efficiency and effect. Thus to guarantee a high teaching efficiency, all those behaviors must be controlled through reasonable management. Some behaviors are driven by students’ inner needs. And is some of those reasonable needs are satisfied, a harmonious and efficient teaching effect will be reached. The aim of classroom management is ultimately to serve the students as students is the center of teaching activities. Therefore it is reasonable and necessary to research the classroom management based on students’ needs.The Chinese classroom of vocational schools in Thailand has its unique characteristics and the problem behaviors are various, which can be roughly divided into two groups:the introverted and the extraverted. The former often manifests as emerge of a silent classroom atmosphere; the latter often manifests as the interference of teaching order. All these are resulted from combined effect of various factors, such as students’ personalities, family background, teachers’ attitudes and ways of management, school environment. Students’ need is one important reason. On class they have physical and mental needs, needs of communication and the sense of belonging, of recognition, rights, freedom and happiness. Analyzing students behaviors based on their needs through real cases, digging out the cause of this and summarizing countermeasures could be helpful to provide practical reference of classroom management for international Chinese teachers to Thailand, and favorable to enrich cases of Chinese International Education.
