No matter in history or at present, the study of Marxist theory and ideological home and abroad can be described as voluminous and there are also many corresponding academic papers and monographs. But researchers have much controversy in many focus problems. Marx’s human rights view is one of the problems that scholars have debated on.In the western scholars’ eyes, Marx is negative to the human rights, so they are critical, negative to Marx’s theory of human rights and advocating. In China, before the reform and opening, there is few study of human rights as it’s a restricted area. Until the beginning of the 1990 s, the research on some specific aspects of Marx’s thought of human rights or a dimension has been done.In this study, the nature of human materialism, alienation of people, human liberation are set as the angle of view of Marxist human rights. The paper has important theoretical and practical significance undoubtedly on fully grasping the Marxist concept of human rich ideological connotations and guiding the development of human rights.Through reading of Marxist classics, using analysis and synthesis, comparison and other methods, the first chapter summarizes the research results of the predecessors. The second chapter mainly defines the human rights concept and connotation of nature, analyzes the different interpretation of human rights in different “human nature” view especially in the view of Marx’s human rights based on "human nature" under the scientific interpretation, and point out that “human nature” is the ideological premise of interpretation established a human rights perspective. Criticism of the practice of human rights is an important part of Marxist view of human rights. The third chapter mainly discusses Marx’s understanding of man’s alienation, performance and root cause, summarizes the Marx in liberty, equality, and the right of labor rights alienation, explores the primary sources of human rights alienation in capitalist society. Pursuit of progress of human rights is an important practice of Marxist human rights. The fourth chapter embarks from the people liberation theory of Marx, studies the connotation, realization ways and conditions of the right of survival and development, equality and liberty that Marx emphasizes. Finally that human liberation is Marx’s view of the ultimate value pursuit has been put forward.In the view of the human nature, the alienation of people, people’s liberation theory of historical materialism to study and explain Marx’s thought of human rights, it has been concluded that "human nature" interpretation is the premise of human rights, the establishment of human liberation is Marx’s view of the ultimate value pursuit, etc. The conclusion is the innovation of this study, the view on the characteristic about materialism, Marx in today still need us to develop more systematic research.
