Entering the 21 st Century, with the development of globalization, and its increasing internationalization level, fast economical development and accelerated urbanization. The industry of private English training is developing pretty fast. From personal tutor to private university even public company, all of these institutions have already contributed to the whole industry. As the capital city of Gansu province, Lanzhou cannot have compared to Beijing or Shanghai in terms of hardware or software of facilities, but there are also pretty many English schools with different level of training quality, which lead to the fierce competition of English training industry of Lanzhou. Thus, English training is the most valuable field to study, which can represent the industry.This thesis has chosen the competitive strategy of Lanzhou Global Ielts English training Co.,Ltd. as the research subject. This thesis aims to provide references for Lanzhou Global Ielts English training Co., Ltd. to confront the market competitions. Meanwhile, these reflections on the strategies and the analyses on their effects will help us to comprehend, correctly, the development path for fast consummation products, thus significant for local companies’ development.The thesis, to discuss in a comprehensive manner the competitive strategy of Lanzhou Global Ielts English training Co., Ltd., is divided into 6 sections.
