Five Dynasties is a split period in the ancient history of China. Although referred toas "the Five Dynasties", but far from a plate-type integral unit. Wenwu directiontransformation, the trend from division to unity has been a substantial transformationduring ruling by the later zhou of sejong Chai Rong. The early Song Dynasty politicalmeasure is according to the new situation made further explore which also based on theKing Sejong policy.After the establishment of the Northern Song Dynasty, emperor taizu of songbrought into the policy which "urgent in the remuneration is not successful, do not geturgently in governance". Fanzhi, as the leader of later zhou minister legacies inherited theoriginal official position in the early Song, which played a pivotal role in stability of thepolitical situation of early Song. On the one hand to ensure the normal operation of stateadministrative affairs; the other hand as a political force to balance power on the formationof the bureaucracy with emperor taizu shogunate yuancong. During the operation of thestate apparatus, the Later Zhou minister legacies had many leftover and intersections withPu Zhao, who own power in Song. The collaboration between them prompted theNorthern Song Dynasty unified direction toward a stable forward, but also inevitablyinvolved in a political struggle with Zhaopu and prompting Song central institutional hadbeen changed. Among the people, such as Juzheng Xue, Duoxun Lu ect. owned the powerone by one in emperor Taizu period. Then after the Prime Minister Zhaopu was dismissd,they already became the leaders of civil units, which laid the political position in thecountrie’s central position. Meanwhile, the Later Zhou minister legacies also had internaldifferentiation, politicians of varying forms and policies had a profound political andcultural influence for first Song Dynasty.
