Cultural Exchange And Communion Of Peoples: A Case Study Of The Symbolism Of T Qubbah In Linxia City

In 2014, the Ethnic Work Conference,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China two times announced will regard the issue of the promotion among various cultural exchange and communion"as the focus of ethnic work.If we observed rural society,we can find that it has already practiced cultural exchange and communion,and the the brick carving of T Qubbah was a typical case.The first chapter,mainly introduces the development history of the brick carving in Linxia.The brick carving began in the Song dynasty,and until Late Ming Dynasty there was a connection between Hui and brick carving.While the sign of the relationship is the systematical sufism that was appeared in the area in in the Last Stage of Ming to the Early Period of Qing Dynasty.From the second chapter to the fifth chapter,I used the combination between the Han traditional culture and the theory of sufism,in order to analyzed four kinds of pattern brick carving symbolism in T Qubbah,including plants,animals,artifacts and mythology.The sixth chapter. Summarized the characteristic of the exchange between Hui and Han concerning the cultural exchange on the basis of the pre-discussion.deduced the Hui-Han cultural exchange in Batni and Zahir.Firstly the Batni includes two different views,such as "comprehend Chinese sign by Islamic view" and "express the Islamic culture by Chinese view" on the basis of "symbol borrow" and "religious dialogue". Secondly,the Zahir focus on craftsman,craftwork and conception communion.In the process,the cultural exchange between the Hui and Han lead to the development,diffusion and extension of these two different culture.In final of the paper I combine the national policy process with the analyses of symbolism,to talk the principle on the process of make and propagate national policy.Sum up the paper,the practice of rural society proved,There are a lot of the cultural exchange and the Communion of peoples on the basis of pluralism,respect and common sense in the the practice of rural society,and which can be used to enhance mutual understanding,remove misunderstandings,and promote bilateral cultural prosperity.
