The job performance has always been the research focus of each discipline, the job performance of the bank customer manager is closely related to the benefit of the bank and their own.As the center of the commercial,bank is impact on development of social and economic. As a kind of subjective perception,organizational justice is effect to job performance. This research aimed to explore the relationship among organizational justice and job performance, and introduce psychological ownership as the intermediary variable in order to improve the job performance of the customer manager to provide practical and feasible method. This research adopted the questionnaire investigation of 350 client manager of twelve banks,and using spss17.0 to recovery the data statistical analysis.We drawed the following conclusion:First, a relativity high level of psychological ownership, organization-al justice and job performance were owned by bank customer manager, and significant differences were found among each dimension of organizational justice, psychological ownership and job performance with respect to demographic variables.Second, A significantly positive relationship was found between the bank customer manager’organizational justice and job performance, organizational justice has a positive prediction of work performance.Third, A significantly positive relationship was found between the bank customer manager’ organizational justice and psychological owene-rship, organizational justice has a positive prediction of psychological ownership.Fourth, A significantly positive relationship was found between the bank customer manager’ psychological ownership and job performance, psychological ownership has a positive prediction of job performance.Fifth, The bank customer manager’ job performance was impacted by the organizational justice, during which the psychological ownership acted as a mediator.
