The Relationship Of Psychological Capital,Learning Motivation And Learning Burnout In College Students

By“psychological capital scale”, “learning motivation scale” and “learning burnout questionnaire” of more than six hundreds college students conducted a random sample survey,to understand current situation of students’ learning burnout,investigate the relationship of psychological capital、learning motivation, and learning burnout,Spss19.0 and Amos22.0 software were used to analyze the data obtained and got the following conclusions:(1) students’ psychological capital in general is good, there exists extinct difference in a part of dimension of psychological capital between different gender, different major,different grades and different types of school.(2) there exists extinct difference in learning motivation between different gender, there exists no significant difference between different major, different grades and different types of school.(3)there are thirty-five percent of students who have a sense of learning burnout. inappropriate behavior in the students’ learning is more prevalent. There exists significant difference in the extent of learning burnout between different gender, different major,different types of school.plus,here exists significant difference in the extent of learning burnout of a few dimension between different grades.(4)College students’ psychological capital and learning motivation showed extremely significant positive correlation;college students ’ learning burnout and psychological capital showed extremely negative correlation;college students’ learning burnout and learning motivation showed extremely negative correlation.(5)Path analysis showed that :psychological capital fully mediated between learning motivation and learning burnout.conclusion:(1)college students at the middle level in learning burnout,should take some specific suggestions and strategies to reduce the level of college students learning burnout.(2)there exists extremely correlation between psychological capital 、 learning motivation and learning burnout.
