For most native Korean-speaking students in learning Chinese through the first level, Chinese function words are difficult, but prepositions in function words are even more. The error types Korean native speakers arise in learning Chinese are omission of prepositions, false prepositions, prepositions in fault generation sequencing. "In", "with", "right" and "from" appear as common prepositions which make many errors and the type of bias is mainly reflected in the omission, false, false generation and fault sequence, etc. Korean native speakers at the primary stage of Chinese learning of common prepositions reason have difficulty of the negative transfer of mother tongue and there are also some other reasons, such as the difficulty of target language, target language generalization and the lack of teaching. The solution of problem is using a variety of teaching methods, strengthen research of the prepositions comparison and increase the frequency and intensity of exercise. Korean native speakers at the primary stage of Chinese learning mainly follow the principle of contrast teaching principle, contextual teaching principle and inductive teaching principle. Appropriate teaching strategies and specific teaching demonstrations could help students overcome the difficulty of prepositions, such as “in” and “from” in the part of teaching cases, “Where is the bank of China” and “I eat at school cafeteria”. It provides useful teaching experience of teaching Chinese preposition.
