This paper describes the characteristics of the intermediate class of oral English teaching and the presence of a series of shortcomings through the analysis and investigation of the intermediate class oral English teaching situation of the communicative approach.The author found that if the communicative theory is applied into the intermediate class teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,it will be very good to make up for the inadequacies of the existing teaching.Then the author analyzes the necessity and feasibility of communicative approach in foreign language teaching in classroom through big massive literature collection, a large number of questionnaires and repeatedly with the lecture and classroom practice as the basis and summarized the application of communicative approach in intermediate spoken Chinese in teaching Chinese as a foreign language effect. At the end of the article, the author also sums up using the recommendations in the intermediate class in the teaching of oral communication method according to the experience in the use of communicative approach in Chinese middle class in the classroom teaching.The communicative approach is applied to the intermediate class of Chinese as a foreign language teaching will make students become the main body of oral Chinese class teaching, students centered, in order to improve the students’ communicative competence of oral English Teaching for the purpose, to create simulated realistic teaching environment to carry out the high quality of the Chinese middle class. Due to the increase of students Chinese knowledge storage quantity increasing and the intermediate class communicative needs, oral English teaching students but not confined to the classroom, the students of oral English Teaching in class extends to outside, which is very important. The author suggests that the teacher arrange a certain amount of practice operation according to the student’s own characteristics, and take the supervision and inspection of a series of ways. Constantly used by learners of Chinese can realize the cultivation of communicative competence in Chinese intermediate class of foreign language students.
