The Status Of Chaoyang Niuheliang Ruins Protection And Countermeasures Of Improvement

Big-ruins is the typical representative of Chinese civilization, and contains abundant historical and cultural information. It not only has great historical, scientific and artistic value, but also has significant contribution in social, cultural, economic, ecological, and religion areas. Big ruins’ effective protection and rational utilization has an important effect in promoting social, economy and cultural development of local area. Along with the advancement of modernization, Big ruins is facing threats from both natural erosion and urbanization. How to keep a balance between development of cities and protection of ruins, as well as a balance of ruins protection and relic resources utilization, is a common issue shared by the cultural institutions and local government.This article can be mainly divided into four parts regarding to the analysis of NiuHeLing ruins protection and utilization model. Firstly, it collected a large number of domestic or foreign literature and reference after the topic has been selected. This is followed by the sorting of materials and screening of effective information.Secondly, more resources have been investigated through surveys and interviews. Based on these data, it summarized NiuHeLiang ruins protection status, figured out the existing problems of our city’s protection towards the ruin, and also analysed the reason of the problems.Thirdly, referring to previous successful analysing experience of The DaMing Palace ruins, LiangZhu ruins and JinSha ruins, it proposes a suitable scheme of NiuHeLiang ruins archaeological park, with consideration of our city’s reality and current discovering model.Finally, it proposes a series of actions to assure to the NiuHeLiang ruins archaeological park plan can be functional systematically, economically and executively.The whole research on NiuHeLiang ruins protection and utilization, is aiming to provide a reference for our city’s ruins studies and cultural industry development, and also to make a contribution for the advocating "big cultural ecology" and "four leading culture".
