Abstract:In this paper,we take Chengdu dream culture media as research target. On the one hand, the main program for domestic cultural market, as well as the problems and crisis now. Such as, more small companies in the market, show reduced orders, reduced by trainee, increased risk and unpredictability; employees wage increases, benefits require more company operating costs increased and profit margins shrink, economic impact, and so on. The other hand, in the face of cultural changes in the economic environment at home and abroad, such as Dade dream culture media Ltd, Chengdu company, there should be a more clear understanding of the culture of the future situation, and to take some measures. For example, re layout of the institutions engaged in overall company strategy,in order to reduce the cost of the company; take various measures simultaneously, improve cash flow, and so on.Thesis is divided into six chapters altogether, the research content of each chapter are as follows:the first chapter, introduction. Research background, research purpose and meaning of this article and research methods and the structure of the paper, for the guidance of writing. The second chapter, the relevant theoretical basis. Including strategic management, core competitiveness, differentiation strategy and so on. The third chapter, Dade dream culture propagates company management situation analysis of Chengdu. Includes company profile, the status quo and existing problems of the company, the company the necessity of implementing differentiation strategies. The fourth chapter, the analysis of internal and external environment of Chengdu Dadedream culture media limited company development. Analysis of the macro environment includes the Dade dream of company’s development, including the economic environment, policy environment, science and technology environment and social and cultural environment; competitive analysis of Dade dream company industry, five forces model using the industrial competitive power, with peers to join the threat, the current market competition, other products and services increases, the customer for a supply of sth. ability and partners for a supply of sth. ability; analysis of the company’s internal environment, using the SWOT method, the main advantages, disadvantages, withdevelopment opportunities and challenges in four aspects. The fifth chapter, Chengdu Dade dream culture market differentiation strategy. Including market, pricing, brand and service differentiation strategies, and so on. The sixth chapter, summarizing, and come to the main point. Limitations also pointed out that the research and research to present their views about the future.In this paper, we summarized the research significance, mainly embodies the following points:first, analyzes the differentiation strategy of company culture; second, mining and the study of the cultural industry, brand and service differentiation concept; third, put forward the method of Dade dream culture company, the implementation of differentiation strategy mode.
