The film industry of U.S.South Korean film and television industry,animation industry in Japan, which have not only create profit but become the weapons of global expansion.Since the1990 s,Across the country have joined the team of the development of cultural industry,and have achieved an amount of success.In 2012,the national cultural industry output value reached 4 trillion,at the same time,The added value of cultural industry in Beijing,Shanghai, Guangdong and etc. has beyond One hundred billion yuan. The proportion of cultural industry is remained at more than 5% of GDP.As a big provinces of cultural resources,Henan province is dedicating to the cultural construction and point out that : "by 2020, the added value of cultural industry in Henan province grew by an average of 15% a year, about 7% of the proportion of GDP,and cultural industry become the province’s pillar industry."
