China’s economy and culture are in an important period of strategic development, performing arts industry is developing rapidly. With such a good opportunity, it is important to scheme a project of performing arts industry and reduce the project risk to the least to achieve the project goal. As a new subject, project scheming has been used in modern project management. In the west, However, our project scheming is mostly used in engineering, science and other technology industry. there is no professional scientific theories and application model for reference use in performing arts industry.In this paper, based on consideration of the subject background and significance, I analyze the feasibility of the research object, summarize and review the development process and present situation of China’s performing arts industry, put forward the significance of scientific project scheming mode for development of performing arts industry and point out the significance of project scheming in the whole performing arts market, then present a macro vision of project scheming by using arts management, economics, sociology, scheming and other theoretical knowledge.Based on the field investigation in Changsha city and Xiangxi area, through literature research, data analysis and comparative study, I cite "Misty and Rainy Phoenix", "Charming Zhangjiajie " and "I’m a singer" three project scheming cases, describe the project background, research significance, and analysis their scheming models details. Finally, through the comparative analysis of the scheming models, I combine theory and practice and bring forth a scientific scheming model of the performing arts industry, in order to provide scientific reference for China’s performing arts industry project.
