The Ethical Research For The Sustainable Development Of Private Enterprises

Since the reform and opening policy, with the constant improvement and development of China’s market economic system, our country’s economy has gotten rapid development. Private enterprise is an important part of the economic subject in our country, and plays an important role in the economic development of our country. But in the whole development process, it appeared a lot of phenomenon which are not harmonious with the social development. Especially enterprises unethical behavior caused by enterprise ethics anomie makes great attention of the society, and the ethics problem of the private enterprises is especially serious. In the fierce competition in the market economy society, some private enterprises in order to realize the profit maximization, forget social responsibility of the corporate, forget the role of the enterprise as the unity of economic man and moral man, which not only bears the mission of social economic development, but also bears the mission of social moral development. They take a variety of unethical or even illegal means to achieve a goal, such as the excessive use of employees, deduct wages, ignore the personal safety of staff work environment, unfair distribution, destroy the environment and waste resources. The violation of ethical behavior not only disrupts the market order, harm to society, also restricts the development of the enterprise itself, affects the survival of the enterprise. Therefore, whether considering from the social aspect or from the enterprise aspect, the research on the connection between the construction of the enterprise ethics and implementation of the sustainable development of private enterprises has important theoretical and realistic significance.The contents of this paper mainly have five parts. The first part mainly introduces the research background of this article and related research status both at home and abroad, as well as the main research method, etc.; The second part mainly clarifies the related theories for the sustainable development of private enterprises; The third part mainly introduces the ethical problems and their cause analysis of private enterprises, and sets the opposite cases to illustrate the harm of private enterprises which do not pay attention to the enterprise ethics construction; The fourth part puts forward the ethical countermeasures for the sustainable development of private enterprises, and sets positive cases to illustrate the significance of the sustainable development of private enterprises which pay much attention to the enterprise ethics construction; The fifth part mainly summarizes the research contents and results.
