Path Research On Development Of China’s Cultural Productivity

From the “double hundred” policy of the early founding of New China, to the concept of “culture industry” first formally put forward at the 16 th Plenary Meeting, and then to the CPC Central Committee’s Decision on Strengthening the construction of the Party’s capability which passed on the Fourth Session of the Sixteen Central Committee of the Party indicated “deepen cultural system reform, release and develop cultural productivity”, thus, it can be seen that China is attaching more and more importance to cultural productivity, which marks the party has a more profound understanding of the path of socialist cultural development. Cultural productivity is an important part of contemporary social productivity, is an important driving force of economic and social development and is an important part of realizing the “Chinese Dream”, therefore, the development of cultural productivity is imperative.In view of the above, this paper bases on cultural productivity as a core of research, elaborates its meaning, characteristics and significance, analyses the problems and reasons in the development process of China’s cultural productivity and proposes several measures to promote the development of cultural productivity based on these problems and reasons.The structure of this paper can be broadly separated into three parts to explore the development path of cultural productivity:The first part is theory summary. It shortly introduces the concept of culture, cultural productivity, analyses material, spirituality, science, innovation and other aspects features of cultural productivity, elaborates the factors that affect its development and the significance of developing cultural productivity.The second part analyses and extracts the problems and reasons in the development process of cultural productivity, meticulously summarizes existing problems and the specific causes of these problems.The third part proposes several possible measures on how to promote the development of cultural productivity based on the above two parts, such as deepening the culture system reform, optimizing elements of cultural productivity and improving development environment of cultural productivity, etc.
