The Research On Cultural Productivity Theory And The Culture Industry Development In Xi ’an

Culture industry is known as "sunrise industry", through the exploration and development for many years, this new industry with creativity as the core, and support the culture and economy, has rapidly become the most economic potential breakthrough in 21 st century all over the world. In recent years, our country introduced various policies to guide and encourage the development of cultural industry. Xi ’an as the pioneer of western cultural industry construction, get some achievements, also met a lot of problems in the development.This paper collected, identified, finished the Marxist cultural productivity literature, and summarized generations of leaders for the theory of Marxist cultural productivity, studied the definition, composition, characteristics and regularity of cultural productivity, and through the study of literature, formed the theoretical basis of this paper. Based on this to guide the development of cultural industry, study from three aspects including development environment, development path of cultural industry and characteristic culture industry.According to the direction of the theory research, based on the introduction to the overall situation of Xi ’an cultural industry. Respectively analyzed the present situation from development environment, development path of Xi ’an cultural industry and characteristic culture industry, by comparison with Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, the United States, Japan,South Korea’s culture industry development, Summarized the successful experiences around the revelation for the development of cultural industry in Xi ’an, practice proves that the cultural industry development can not leave the good environment, need the reasonable and effective development path, and is highly dependent on distinct characteristics.Through the analysis for the whole cultural industry of Xian and Qujiang cultural tourism co., LTD., analysis of the problems in the development of Xi ’an cultural industry,mainly contains the imperfect development environment, the lack of the benign industrial chain, advantages of industrial cluster failed to exert, and the slowly developmentcharacteristic culture industry, etc.The main reason of these problems is the backward objective conditions, imperfect system of cultural industry development, lack of communication and cooperation, and the innovation is insufficient.Contra pose the problems and causes of the Xi ’an cultural industry development, present the countermeasures of Xi ’an cultural industry development: based on the new normal of economic development, "One Belt and One Road" as an opportunity to promote the development of cultural industry; perfect policy, talent, capital, technology, market system,optimize the environment of culture industry development; attaches great importance to the communication and cooperation, broaden the Xi ’an cultural industry development path; try to innovate actively, and enhance the staying power of characteristic culture industry development.
