Europe is the central area in the world in 1750-1914. Many aspects of Europe out of the world's leading like Industrial, commercial, transport and so on. During this period, what is the trend of the agricultural developing? Agricultural productivity is a measure of an important indicator of agricultural development. In the meantime, the British completed the first industrial revolution, which is largely dependent on agriculture developed. This article attempts to UK-based research from the Industrial Revolution to the First World War before its time in Europe during the development of agricultural labor productivity. Respectively, how to the study of this period of labor productivity, land productivity, labor productivity and the factors that influence the development of labor productivity in these areas were discussed.The first chapter discusses why the study of labor productivity in 1750-1914 years, and what is the value of agricultural productivity. The second chapter discusses the agricultural productivity of a research method of land productivity:Seeding rate, Yield rate and Land productivity. The third chapter discusses labor productivity, in 1850 as the watershed, were studied by different methods between 1750-1850 and 1850-1914 on the situation by labor productivity. The final chapter analyzes why labor productivity growth factor, is divided into institutional and technical.
