Deviation generates in leading industry that is in solving Hangzhou’s most of top ten cultural creative industry parks planning and orientation and actual operation process, which causes indistinct characters in parks and gross homogenization, leading to issues of vicious competitiveness. We should improve parks’ internal industry chains, propel medium-sized and small-sized enterprises to grow larger and stronger, and try hard to enhance competitiveness and creativity.
